Our coaching services include business and executive coaching, career development coaching, performance coaching and success coaching. Team and leadership coaching as well as seminars, workshops and retreats for all team levels are available. Other services include leadership and employee assessments, business relationship skills development, and team building.

We provide one-on-one coaching by fully trained, certified and experienced business and executive coaches. Our coaches offer the fresh viewpoint of an objective third party who has worked at senior levels in organizations. Our coaches work at all levels including senior, middle and entry-level management.

Clients are paired with a personal coach based on their goals and challenges. Our coaches guide, motivate, provide customized resources and help clients to set achievable goals. Since the coach stays with the client throughout the program, a trusting relationship is formed which increases engagement and leads to real behavior change.

To begin our coaching partnership, you will receive a coaching questionnaire designed to help you focus on what you want to achieve through coaching and to help us understand how best to work with you. Once you have completed the questionnaire and submitted it with your signed coaching agreement, we will schedule your initial appointment.

One-on-one coaching partnerships are set up for three, six or nine months based on the needs of the client. A quarterly commitment to coaching helps the client stay focused on accomplishing his or her desired goals.

We are members of the International Association of Coaches (IAC) and have agreed to abide by the IAC Ethical Principles and Code of Ethics.
