We assess the stability of this foundation and shore it up as we apply “new world” concepts to the employee lifecycle. Our focus is to raise people performance to a new level. Our approach is to turn leaders into coaches and employees into players to create sustainability. Understanding that people are dynamic assets, we implement measurement and tracking systems to demonstrate progress and to identify and address trouble spots as they appear.

To truly maximize productivity, leaders must focus on the “value” rather than the “headache” that people bring to the organization. Our business model focuses on three stages that we refer to as the “ABC’s of the Employee Lifecycle.” Leaders often focus on the middle – “Building Loyalty,” missing the opportunities in the “Attracting and Selecting Talent” and “Creating Advocates” cycles and the transitions that occur. If we are who we say we are, bring the “right” people into the organization, and ensure a successful transition of new employees into their role, studies have shown that we increase employee retention and engagement. Likewise, if we support employees as they leave the organization, we create advocates who tell everyone they know what a great experience it was to work with us.
